Jay and his team have been amazing! Jay kept me updated on the progress of the work being done throughout the few weeks it took to get the car sale ready. No stone left unturned here, from replacing the cam belt (despite no issues, just as a cautionary due to the age of the car) brand new heated windscreen, fully refurbished alloys, full set of Pirelli tires, sticky button on steering wheel sorted to adding new lettering to the bonnet as some were slightly faded. The attention to detail given to this car to get it sale ready was brilliant. Serviced, MOTed and a full valet all just before being delivered. Jay spent time talking me through the cars controls and answering any questions before leaving. Jay made contact with me a few weeks after the sale to check all was well. I can not fault the service at all. I would recommend 101 specialist Cars to anyone looking for a company that goes that extra mile. Very happy with my car and the service received, thanks Jay and team !

Cannot fault the service and experience. Jay was approachable, took the time for any questions, wasnt pushy or forceful on selling the car. Picked us up from the train station to see the car, talked through lots of stuff about it and obviously took a lot of pride in his business. Courtesy call 2 weeks later to make sure everything was ok, and had also chatted with him a week after owning the car just to ask a few questions about it that I was unsure of. Would absolutely buy from again - thank you.

I purchased a 2017 honda civic type r from this dealership. I initially enquired about the car over the phone and spoke to Jay. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the car and answered all my questions. As I was buying long distance and could not view the car for myself I arranged for an AA technician to check over the car for my own peace of mind. Jay was more than happy to accommodate this and the technician confirmed the quality of the car which mirrored the ad in autotrader. One I decided I was going to buy the car Jay had it prepared for sale very quickly and delivered it personally working around my work schedule. When he arrived he suggested I take it for a test drive with him to be sure i was happy with it. I was and Jay had all the relevant paperwork ready to go. After I had purchased the car Jay said he would contact me in a couple of weeks to make sure I was happy with it, which he did. Jay made the process of buying a car long distance feel very easy and stress free, I didn’t feel pressured at any point and his friendly demeanour & knowledge of the car put me at ease. Fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend Jay and 101 specialist cars.

Car was prepared to a high standard for the day we collected and Jay even took the time to ring twice in the weeks after the sale to check i was happy with the car. You dont get that sort of service everyday!
