Andy and the lads did an absolutely amazing job on my bathroom a few years ago and it's still just as brilliant now as when it was fitted. Very reasonable price despite finding a few pitfalls along the way. They were polite and I didn't have to deal with any mess during the fitting. Thanks Andy I love my bathroom so much better than the yellow monstrosity that I had

Andy and his team recently installed a new heating system for us in replacement of an old hot air heating system when we moved into our new house. Andy came and survayed he provided all the information we needed and advised of the best solution for us and provided us with a fairly priced quotation.We booked Andy to carry out the installation. The boys worked cleanly and as quietly as they could, the workmanship was tip top and the boys were approachable and very knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Sales spiel over substance... ARPH happily quote that whilst they aren't cheap, their product recommendations and service levels are worth it... after all, you get what you pay for, right? Well, based upon recent experience, this couldn't be further from the truth, having been left without heating and hot water from Monday morning until Friday evening the whole install was shambolic, with excuse after excuse. They fused the new boiler, by installing an incompatible thermostat, when they tried to fix that, they accidentally caused fault elsewhere... I was left on Friday installing the thermostat via British Gas. This morning I received final invoice, at an additional cost £300+. I would strongly advise that you avoid this company at all cost, they clearly don't know what they are doing.

All pipework was well thought out and sympathetic given the obstacles etc. Great communication from receiving the quote through to completion.Thoroughly recommend!!

Absolutely first class service from Andy, again. From first visit to final day of installation everything happened as he said it would, notwithstanding several "unforeseen problems" discovered under the old bath. Andy, Chris and Dean were all pleasant, keen to keep us updated on progress and the plasterer and tiler they brought onboard displayed the same professionalism and friendliness. Completely trustworthy and deliver to a very high standard and their pricing is very reasonable. Would definitely and unequivocally recommend them.
