The service we received was so good. Matthew our funeral director, was caring, informative and went through the whole procedure of events. We took up the offer of them printing our 'Order of Service' and were pleased with them. The Minister he choose was excellent and gave and gave a lovely service. The director who visited us on the eve of the funeral went through every detail and asked us for any wishes or for any special requests we may have had. I really liked the keepsake book they gave that held the flower cards and order of service. It was a nice touch. I would not hesitate in recommending Alden funeral directors for there consideration, thoughtfulness and kindness at a very sad and emotional time.

Really can’t recommend them highly enough. Julie in the office is calm and reassuring - exactly what you need when you’ve suffered a loss and don’t know where to turn and what to do. Jason the Funeral Conductor is amazing. Always in control and making sure that everything goes smoothly. Vanessa Milligan the Celebrant was also extremely helpful and took time to get to know my lovely Mum before we laid her to rest. To top it all, their pricing is very reasonable. 5 Star.

I write this with a heavy heart today. All I can say is that staff at Aldens at tarpots have been amazing. I really don't think I could have got through the past 3 weeks without them. Special thanks go to Julie, who has gone above and beyond her role, counsellor to friend. Thank you to all the people behind the scenes who took care of mum and showed her the respect she deserved, you are unsung heroes too. Thank you once again, much love
