Visited and told me I needed a new pump. Advised that would have it to fit probably within a week. I left numerous left voice messages with 1 returned call to say the part had not arrived yet. Now over 3 months since the visit and nothing. Have given up and turned off my hot tub which was costing £14 a day to top up and heat due to the pump leaking water. Lovely bill for electricity has just arrived. Had I been informed I wasn’t getting the pump it would have been turned off much earlier. Communication is poor Service: Hot tub equipment repair
