Purchased a pair of woodland Blake boots which had a manufacturing fault the sole was not bonded correctly to the upper therefore the sole on both boots became detached from uppers contacted tigger safety who requested photos (duly sent) once the boot had been received by them, I was offered either an exchange or refund. I have now received my refund

Received my boots today. Really happy with the service Arrived within 4 days and in the Christmas period! Emailed once to ask when they were being dispatched and got a response straight away and then received them the next day. Order is correct and couldn’t find them anywhere else on line so I’m very happy. I was going to upload a photo of my order but doesn’t give me the option. Thank you
