I originally left a negative review as I took two identical journeys and the second was priced a lot higher with the driver citing the bank holiday as the reason. Tom (owner?) acknowledged my review and asked me to email him so he could investigate. He responded promptly and found that there had been an error in the charge and promptly rectified it. I really appreciate this effort and it has restored my faith in the business. Thank you Tom
