Had a alarm service today and we were very pleased with the Covid secure precautions taken by Simon , the engineer, who attended. He called us whilst on his way to ask if we were symptom free and advised what precautions he would take, including having a mask on. Whilst on the premises, he had gloves and also cleaned all surfaces he touched with disinfectant.
