I insructed Abacus Solicitors to start up a possession order for a property as I was Power of Attorney for the client and they started up proceedings in my name to that property that I did not even own according to the Land Registry I then discontinued as it became bad service and they said no refund.

Abacus we're great with us. We we're under immense pressure to get the house over the line in time for the new school year, with us moving 25 miles away. We spoke regular, sometimes 3/4 times a day they we're always great and really helpful. Moving house is such a difficult time, especially when you have two children and no onwards support in your new location. They helped us with every question and got us over the line into our new home. It's been a dream to move for 15 years, and we did it with Abacus' help. At times I felt I was pushing them too hard to get the deal done, for worry with getting the children into schools, but at all times the team we're understanding, thorough and always very helpful. Adolfo and Zen we're lovely with us. We did the communication over email, over the phone and face to face. They we're so helpful to us and really committed to getting the deal done.
