Wow, I can’t explain how comfortable I felt from the moment I walked in and was welcomed by Kelly. She let me try on so many dresses and suggested those that she thought I would like based on my preferences & body shape. I even ended up choosing a dress that she suggested, that I had originally dismissed! Thank you so much for making such a special day!

Got my dress from Abigail’s and the grooms suit from the grooms room. From the moment I entered I felt like a princess! The bridal part of Abigail’s collection is prefect. Very welcoming and in no way did I feel rushed! The boys all had a great time at their suit fitting and enjoyed the beer! Only issue was when we collected the suits and my husband had the wrong size jacket, incorrect waist coat and they provided everyone with ties instead of cravats. Rob was very quick to sort the issue and was very apologetic. Staff are extremely polite and professional.

I was able to bring my baby girl along with me to both my appointments which made everything feel more magical, but the team were so accommodating to us and our family; we felt really taken care of. The team were so excited to help me on my journey of finding the perfect dress - and I’m so pleased we did! Debra was a great help when we where choosing our wedding suits. They let us try in loads of different styles and different waist coat combinations until we found the prefect look for our wedding. They had a lot more options than some of the other suit places we have previously visited. We were always welcomed with a beer and glass of Prosecco, made it a good experience for all the groomsmen and dads! They also specially made a bow tie for our page boy to match the grooms waist coats which we got to keep, that was a really great touch. Everyone looked incredible on the day!

I went to the Grooms Room at Abigail's Collection in Colchester to get suits for myself and my Groosmen. The shop is really clean and well presented. Since you have to make an appointment rather than simply walking in it means you have your own staff member to help you rather than waiting for someone else to finish. The staff are really knowledgeable and haveca good eye for what looks good. We were looked after really well and even offered a beer or two while fitting our suits. This place isn't the cheapest on the high street but the staff, experience and quality of the suits make it worth the little extra.
