I have been a customer here for over a year now. I am a trans woman, and I needed to have my facial hair removed. They are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. My therapist Megan is always so courteous and considerate that she makes an uncomfortable procedure a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The results have been extremely impressive too, there is still some stubborn stubble in places, but fully removing facial hair is a time-consuming process, and I have full faith in their expertise to achieve the results I ultimately desire.
