Bad experience - don’t bother trying to ring them and explain where you would like to go to and from where, they will misunderstand and send the driver to the wrong place. Better off standing in the road trying to flag one down.

Do not recommend! My phone fell out my pocket and only realised once I started my work shift. I called the cab driver can he bring it back and he refused and said only if I pay money. I called up the cab company explaining what happened and the guy on the phone sounded drunk and eventually hang up. Called him back and he said they will call back in a minute and never did. Eventually had to pay 16 pounds to get my phone back
