Free will service for NHS staff. My consultation was in September last year and I have still not received my will 6 months later, despite emails sent to chase. Update: as a result of online review, the company contacted me and said it was posted out just before Christmas, during the postal strikes, so I guess it was lost in the post. I think it should’ve been sent using a tracked service. However, I am grateful for the free service and I have amended my one star rating.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Carol Dooley Estate Planning recently whereby she set up wills for my husband and me. I cannot recommend Carol more, she was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating (we had to reschedule a few times). I don't normally recommend people or request details so I may leave reviews but I just had to because not only is having a will in place so important for you and your loved ones, but knowing what you might need specifically for your circumstances and then having the nicest person talk you through it is a real bonus!
