Previously in recent years AVMA have been great. I telephoned the helpline for advice on 23rd June 2022 and I got cut off midway through the conversation. I tried calling back but to no avail. No one returned my call. I then telephoned this morning and the person who answered did not seem entirely knowledgeable. Legally I knew much more than her. AVMA isn't the same as before and such was the apathy expressed the call today gives me the impression that yesterday's telephone call was probably and deliberately cut of on her side Revised: I received an email this morning 4th July 2022 from a Senior AVMA staff member The email was detailed and informative. I am now revising my review to five stars. Back to the excellent service that I use to receive. Thank you AVMA.

I have tried for weeks to call them but they never ever answer the telephone. Why do they have a phone number if they never answer it? And no they are not "so busy" because the phone rings out, plus I've been trying for weeks several times per day so nobody can tell me they are just on the phone non-stop! Could it be that they are trying to force peole to go online to get people's details - because one cannot even submit an online form without declaring all one's personal details, details of the case etc... ??? To sell these details maybe...??? Strange, since contacting a few similar "organizations" I'm getting scam calls non-stop - only on the number that I give out to such places (the spare phone)...
