Update: They have now gone out of business! Terrible company. They are virtually non-existent as a company. We are no longer dealing with them because they have lost their place on the Virgin Mortgate Panel so Virgin won't deal with them anymore. Virgin had tried to ring them to resolve it, but had rung every day for 3 weeks without anyone answering the phone! This is the same experience we've had. This is not a legitimate company. We are awaiting a refund and have complained to the law ombudsmen and also the RSA. Stay away, avoid, etc, etc.

As experienced by other users, this is the most useless bunch of people who will not answer your calls, respond to your e-mails or return you call after leaving numerous messages. I paid deposit for purchase which was later aborted. The company had advertised the deposit would be returned (less £10 admin charge) if the purchase did not go through. I am yet to receive this. The company is running a scam. AVOID IT.

This is the most useless lawyers I have ever used. We used them to buy a house and everything went wrong. We are still unsure whether everything has gone through yet. They have never got back to me on my request to check if our deposit has been paid. So please ensure you never use these people to help you with anything. I am going to put in an official complaint now are the communication has been so bad.

You should stay well clear of this firm! They have failed to respond to telephone calls and emails and their staff are very rude. They make excuses for failing to respond but then still fail to get on with the work. They have cost me a sale on my property which is appalling. The staff appear untrained and not interested in providing the most basic of service. There is no benefit in a low price as this firm cannot perform the basic of tasks and if one member of staff is on holiday the whole firm appears to come to a halt. BEWARE THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SEEM SO GO ELSEWHERE!
