I went to the clinic recently, for the first time with severe neck pain. I should say Lewis who treated me was very professional, explained to me exactly what the case was, and started the treatment step by step, with no rush and always making sure I am OK. After 1 appointment only and I feel so much better! While Gp and hospital gave me lots of really strong painkillers with no actual result as the pain kept on coming back. Lewis has been a great help with diagnosing and treating a stubborn IT band problem that has probably been decades in the making. He gave clear instruction on stretching and progressive strengthening exercises I could do at home - after a few sessions the symptoms are much reduced and continuing to steadily improve, with cycling and walking almost completely pain-free.

I was diagnosed with Sciatica at my GP Medical centre. I tried the self referral process for NHS Therapist but received no response. I then searched for local physio centres and came across Action Motion Injury clinic Port Solent and met Jordan. He tested me and then said that I did not have Sciatica but Femoral Nerve Entrapment. He did some treatment and then gave me three simple exercises to do. After three sessions I was fine. A fourth session confirmed my healed state and Jordan then gave me four exercises to undertake to ensure that the condition does not return. All at a very reasonable price. I found the process very professional and patient centred. Definitely recommend. Thankyou Jordan.
