I feel we received such a wonderful, personal and sensitive service from the team at Adam and Greenwod (Chelsmford branch). From our very first contact, throughout the weeks of arrangments and on the day, eveyone was fantastic and helped make a very sad time, more bearable. I felt they were incrediblty understanding and genuinely wanted to ensure every need and wish was met to ensure the day was as beautiful as could be. Special mention to John, Jeff / Geoff and Matt (apologies, I didnt get everyones name). Their level of service and care exceeded any expectations and their words / presence before, but especially after the service, was wholeheartedly appreciated. I beleive this is the 5th service they have done for our family over the years, but the first where I've been directly involved and I would highly recommend them to look after your needs in such sad and emotional times. Although independent, I beleive, Greg Dukeson, who read the service, was great too. He did a fab job of capturing and putting into words the wonderful memories of our mum and delivered so pationately and beautifully. Thank you.
