If i could give this company a zero rating i would. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a response from them in relation to a letter that i have received stating i owe a finance company money. (the bill is in relation to my late grandmother, the money was paid in February 2020) I have sent various emails, all of which have gone unresponded to, the Managing Directors automated response is 7 days out of date, when i responded informing him of this, the reply i received was simply "sorry, away until Thursday", the solicitor who is dealing with the case is never available, the office email address has a bounce back saying they are out of the office until 21.9.21. 2 weeks ago i was informed they had sent the finance company an email but that it had gone unresponded. I asked if anyone had called them but was unable to get a clear answer. I was told it would be chased up. I have this morning finally made contact over the phone with the office, the receptionist repeatedly spoke over me and informed me the questions i was asking, she could not answer as that was above her pay grade! When asked if she could put me through to someone who was at the required pay grade, she hung up. I called back, no answer, i called back from a different number, they answered. I will leave that for you to determine. To make matters worse, i have called the finance company, they have confirmed the money was received in Feb 2020 and they have not instructed Addlestone Keane to send any letters since 2020. Whilst i appreciate holidays and covid-19, this company could have been far more helpful and responsive. I certainly wouldn't use them for any representation.
