    One of their drivers did not give way at a roundabout to traffic coming from the right and without even braking, crashed into the passenger side of my car at approximately 20-25 mph. The driver swapped details with me and then drove off leaving me (a young woman, who was clearly suffering from shock and therefore very vulnerable) on the side of a quiet road in the dark by myself to wait for recovery to collect my car. My car is written off and I am still suffering the effects both physically and mentally. It has now been over 3 weeks since this happened and Facelift are still refusing to accept it was their fault, despite the damage clearly being caused by their driver.
