    Have recently purchased a LS3060 laser from HPC excellent service throughout. Went to their head office in Halifax to view their lasers and get advice everyone was more than helpful throughout. Although I had problem setting up the laser their customer service was excellent. If you are looking for a laser look no further EXCELLENT SERVICE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE.     After doing some research and recommendations I contacted HPC, Oliver was fantastic and always responded quickly and answered all of my questions and didn't try to upsell when I was undecided between two machines. Training provided was excellent as has been the aftercare when I've had questions about cut settings. I purchased the 3040 desktop laser and I love it, easy to use and maintain, highly recommend.

    I have had my HPC LS3050 laser machine for over 4 years. I was encouraged by HPC to attend a demonstration in Halifax which was exciting as I'd never seen a laser working before. I chose the LS3050 as it had features that other machines didn't have. Everyone from HPC that I have had contact with has been professional, polite, enthusiastic and really helpful. Installation and training was again, exciting and informative. Since then I have experienced only minor problems which have been dealt with quickly by their technical support team. I would recommend HPC Laser to anyone just starting out or upgrading.

    My HPC laser machine was delivered yesterday. From the very first contact with HPC to ask for a quotation, then on to a demo at their premises in Halifax, and yesterday's delivery and on-site training, everything went extremely smoothly. Everyone from HPC that I have had contact with has been professional, polite, enthusiastic and really helpful. Installation and training was relaxed and informative, and I'm confident that I picked the right company to supply my laser machine! Oliver (sales), Chris (my demo), Gemma (accounts), Gary (delivery/installation/training) and Steve (online support) have all been super to deal with. The machine itself has many safety features built in, and HPC provided detailed information and training on routine maintenance, safe operation and general best practice.
