The shop is ok but the service is bad. The older woman was rather pushy than helpful. I didn’t feel welcome or free to browse and thus haven’t returned there.

I have used this pet shop a few times now since moving to the area and the lady who works there is always very rude and not welcoming at all. It’s so convenient as we live in Ware, however the service makes me not want to use the shop anymore.

If I could give a minus star I would. I Came in just to grab some dog food and was verbally attacked by the face-mask-less guy at the counter for not having MY mask over my nose (which I corrected as I thought it was covering it, to which i apologised). At that moment I wanted to get out as soon as possible as this guy clearly had an issue with me from the moment I entered the shop. He then said how can I help to which I replied "oh I don't need help thanks, I have found what I'm looking for" he came out from behind the counter yelling don't touch that get off! coming very close to my face (without a mask on) he then shouted at me as I touched the product I wanted to buy. "LET GO OF THAT! THIS IS MY SHOP AND PRIVATE PROPERTY! AND IF I WANT TO I CAN REFUSE SERVICE SO THAT IS WHAT I AM GOING TO DO - SO GET OUT!!! So I did... in absolute shock! The. worst. pet shop. experience. EVER. Totally uncalled for and unreasonable and incredably hypocritical. A truly horrible experience/man.
