The most worst housing ever I have been living in damp ground floor flat for two years. I have 3 years old daughter one 1 month newborn baby boy we are living in this disgusting flat I kept reporting it to them they were just cheating on me one day they said one thing next week they would say other thing .

Aks is the most worst housing association ever. They provide absolutely disgusting service and they just cheat the tenants. I live in a ground floor flat there is damp in the property . As soon you come in to the property you can smell musty smell every where in the property. I have reported them more than 7 times but they have made me an excuse every time I heard a different story from them. The radiators don’t work properly.
