Visited the darlington store today just to pop the the pharmacy gate didn't open properly when going into the store. Then to find the pharmacy looks like it's closing down so l go to leave and now you can't get out unless you have gotten something from the store asked a member of staff how to get out and it's a single tiny gate at the other end off the store told him I was feeling trapped as I suffer from claustrophobia and he just raised her voice and said well ya not trapped are you your leaving. Then leaving me to find this gate on my own that has no signs to it. They need to get rig of the gates as it can make people feel forced to by something just to get out let alone what happens if there is a fire. Shows they care more fore sales then the people who shop there.
