Excellent service from Christie and Luke all the way through the process I was kept informed and updated. Christie set up the Seat connect app for me which is a great bit of kit. A nice touch was Luke the New Car Manager popping out to thank me for my business. I was introduced to the service team all of whom seem very helpful and friendly. The parts manager Dave sold me a couple of items too!

I still haven't heard from them since I last contacted them regarding the replacement battery for my seat mo 125 scooter. It's been almost a month now since they have had it at there garage so if they can't get the parts then they might as well keep it, as I'm paying for a non existent scooter that they seem to be having major problems getting parts for it, not happy about the wait

I just want to say a big thanks to Luke Hinton. He's the sales manager at the Stockport branch. I wasn't a customer but I broke down outside the SEAT branch on a really busy and dangerous road. Luke was kind enough to stop to ask if I was ok and gave me a lift to the nearest petrol station. Massive thank you and if I'm buying a car I'm coming to him!
