I was a smoker for years and years and years and my habit just got heavier and heavier. I went to the Allen Carr clinic without a high expectation and actually put a packet of cigarettes in the boot of my car for that 'just in case' scenario. I was SO wrong. By the time I left at the end of the day I was flabbergasted at my stupidity not to have done this years ago. I didn't crave for a ciggie, I didn't put on weight. I just stopped. Without a single second thought. Now 3 years on and I'm not one of those ex-smoking preachers who hates others smoking around me. I just sort of pity them and wish that they would attend the clinic. Best thing I ever did. Thank you to the Allen Carr clinic and their staff x
