I did the Allen Carr seminar on Sunday 16th October 2016. I am now 15 months smoke free and although it was tough for the first 6 months, I am very pleased to be a Happy Non Smoker. The seminar was brilliant - my only complaint is that there were too many people. Obviously it worked for me, because I really wanted to stop smoking this time. I think the seminar's are so good and beneficial - I would recommend Allen Carr to anyone. It is the ONLY WAY I have been able to stop. This was my 2nd Seminar, I didn't want to give up enough the first time.
