I booked my accommodation in Nottingham in November for august the following year and in March I decided against staying there. It took from March until June to get a confirmation email from them that I did in fact want to leave, but that was after constant emails and calls from me and my flatmates at the time. After calling a few times and getting absolutely nowhere, they ended up not picking up any of our calls. They wouldn’t respond to emails and we all were very stressed and anxious. I had found replacement tenants TWICE, the first ones left because it took months and they didn’t want to be tied to a company like that- I agree. Luckily, the house was transferred and we were moved to Student Cribs. They sorted it out in weeks. Almero told us many timeframes in which they could sort out the new tenancy agreement and they surpassed all of them. I would not recommend this company at all. Once you change your mind good luck trying to get out of there because they will not engage with you when you need help. I wouldn’t have liked to move in because imagine if you needed maintenance help. Haven’t got my £350 deposit back as of yet but I will keep contacting until something is done.

Estoy seguro que el COVID-19 se originó en mi cocina compartida. O en mi ducha, uno ya no sabe con certeza. Me fui tan pronto como encontré piso. Ni os molestéis. Y si no os queda otra, aseguraos de que han limpiado algo en estos 5 años. Also, el wifi era lo que viene siendo una tostadora conectada a un radiador de la Segunda Guerra Mundial.

I stated there one year ago for mandatory reasons. I had to leave my home accommodation immediately and my English course managers found this awful place for me. At that time I couldn't deal with living in the U.K. Because of my language skills. So had to accept what I'd been offered. So I'd been over charged. In the past I used to feel upset when tourists had been overcharged by our tradespeople in Turkey but now not especially British tourists. Anyway about this place there is only one good thing is location. All other things were just disaster. Bad management, bad atmosphere, poor kitchen conditions and annoying neighbors in that place. For example when you are watching tv in the hall someone can come and turn off the tv without your permission. I had to stay there in that time but now never.
