appalling customer service. The system for booking appointments is not fit for purpose. Do they think patients have nothing better to do with their time than continually try to get through and receive a constant busy tone. No call waiting, no ability to book online. No realisation that people don't come to the doctors for pleasure. Get with the times and focus on patient experience!
