I had my alarm system brought back to life this morning (apart from anything else it needed a new battery). The engineer whose name is Faisal) was helpful, friendly, polite at all times. He even wrote me the instructions for how to use the different buttons for setting/cancelling alarm. Excellent service!

Excellent service. The engineer was going to be a little late and informed me beforehand, he was extremely knowledgeable, tidy and kept me informed of everything he was doing, he went above and beyond. He even wrote me hand written instructions how to reset my code. Would definitely recommend.

I was impressed with the efficiency of Amco Security. My engineer arrived on time and worked out why I couldn't use the alarm. He also told me that I would be reminded when my battery would need replacing. I would definitely recommend them. The engineer really knew what he was doing . IG3 area.

I recently had a problem with my Veritas 8 alarm system and was initially advised it was a battery problem which I replaced and have Deborah to thank. Unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem completely so I phoned back and had a telephone conversation with a Technician and it was resolved in about 10 minutes over the phone without charge. What exceptional service in this day and age and I would highly recommend Amco Security Ltd - Thank You.
