Really used to like this place and went often, we went roughly 12 months ago the service was shocking so we didn’t go back until last weekend. 45 minutes wait for two breakfasts. Asked for a sausage instead of black pudding and got charged extra. Asked for a tap water (after a bought coffee) charged for a bottle. Lazy staff too busy on their phones we couldn’t get their attention to ask for something they forgot. Unfortunately never again.

Took my daughter for a hair cut to the lovely hairdressers facing Wilko. As we got to Bolton early we decided to pop into Amico Cafe for breakfast. Fantastic, lovely atmosphere, and the best breakfast i'd had in a long time. Regular full English... could not fault it at all, and my daughter had the pancakes.. highly recommended... keep it up guys. Very impressed..

Lovely food. Had to wait ages though as it was quite busy. When we mentioned it had been a 40 minute wait they gave us a free coffee but obviously weren’t pleased as when we said thanks and goodbye we were ignored. We won’t be going back as it’s not just about the food it’s about the service too.
