Ended up parking on Bengal Street which was £1.20 for 2 hours. ** Edit - in response to the response from owners... Halle St Peters (on their website) are recommending you in their list of car parks close to the venue. Nowhere on your site (or HSP site) does it clearly state (in a way that is easy to find) 'season pass holders only'. Also, if the car park entrance is on Jersey Street then why not have Jersey Street as your address on Google maps?
