At the time of purchase we were very impressed. However it was afterwards discovered that a piece was missing from the rollator. It had remained unused since the purchase 7 months previously due to ill health and lack of strength so the fault had gone unnoticed. Instead of an apology and an offer to put things right, the blame was put on me, an 84 year old, living alone. I was virtually accused of ripping off the rivetted part! Happy to take my money. Not so happy about after care. Beware.

We brought my father in law in to look for a wheelchair. The lady who helped us was lovely. She took the time to really listen to what he wanted, spoke to him, and was so knowledgeable without being at all patronising. She had a lot of expertise and quickly identified the best product for his needs. She didn't push at all and was so helpful, patient and kind. We will definitely be back to explore the huge range of home living gadgets as well!
