This is reply to the anonymous Frank A review below. how sad society is when people have to post such vile misleading statements . The facts are that Frank A was foolish enough to buy a propererty at auction without a survey then wanted one done urgently when he realised he had problems. He refused to send over photogrpahs of the property by email so we could qoute for the survey. he wanted us to use wats ap!!! We dont qoute for surveys on small 'wats ap' photos, I asked Frank A three times to photos send by email. He refused and we politley decliend to assist at which time he said "i will destroy you on line" how glad we are not to have taken him on as a client and the fact that his review is anonymous says it all really!!!!

Terrible phone manner. Called for a simple quote for a survey but gentleman was evasive over the quote and was extremely rude and aggressive. Said he didn’t want any new business as he’s very busy. Beware if you’re relying on the survey as an important part of your project as they don’t seem to have the patience to deal with very simple interaction. I imagine there’d be a similar level of belligerence if you needed to query anything in a report.
