The overall experience at this hairdressers was fine. The staff were nice and the place was well kept. However, i was truly disappointed with the outcome of my hair colour transformation. I came in with a picture of a girl from the site that had a really nice red hair colour. It was explained that she couldn’t replicate this as my hair was too dark apparently but she could get it similar. Which i agreed to and said was fine. I thought it would at least have some colour to it. After a very long wait, my hair came out basically the same with a tint of red that only showed up in a strong light. Even in the strong light the bottom of hair looks exactly the same. I really believe i could have achieved the same results doing this myself. I will say the blow and dry was done very well but the colour just did not meet my expectations at all. I believe paying nearly 200 pounds for this did not coincide with the hair colour i had received. This is all my opinion, i just wanted to write this so if people with dark hair want to go red just to be wary and show the specific colour you want to receive at the end.

Antonacci has never failed to provide amazing and professional service. I was initially nervous to have my first aesthetic procedure but Ele was very thorough in her preparation appointments and actually listened to what I wanted. All whilst advising me what looks best for my facial features. I felt at ease throughout the procedure and was talked through every stage. Happy to have found Ele and the clinic!

I was today to do a hair color correction and Danny represent himself as a senior hairdresser and suggested me yo do gull head highlights. He did the highlights and the result was terrible. My highlights looked stripe and the color didn’t correct it at all but I ended up with 10 more terrible shades of orange and egg yolk yellow. I had to pay 300£ for this horrible service and it was they ripped me off. Worst experience ever . I would definitely not recommend it at all. Service: Hair highlighting
