Not clean - found food waste, glass, medication, and dust and dirt under the sofa and bed. Disher left unclean, shower had mold and other stuff in four corners which I had to clean away, plug full of slime and hair. Heating not adequate and required constant boosting. Several blinds without working cords. Curtains fell off rail and were generally stiff. Reported this and issues not resolved. WiFi signal weak and not adequate - often dropped out completely. I could go on but suffice to say it is not worth the price. Location adequate for quick access to river, central York, and Rowntree park.

Lovely accommodation in a prime location. Only 10mins walk into town. Will definitely stay again Rooms: Rooms nicely decorated very cosy and homely feeling. Spotlessly clean. Nearby activities: Only 10mins walk into the center. 3mins walk to Barbican Theatre and city walls
