    I was lucky enough to come across Aqua Hot Tubs to purchase my Jacuzzi. The level of information from start to finish was very high. Every question I had was answered along the way. Once ordered and a delivery date set, we had some weather issues, which complicated logistics of fitting, but it was all done calmly and ordered, ensuring no stress. Finally, on a Sunday once in we were given a clear demonstration how to operate and maintain the Jacuzzi. I can’t fault the service at all. I should also mention all questions along the journey were answered immediately by email. Very professional in a nutshell.

Slight issue with crack in the bar top which Sunil dealt with swiftly and professionally. The installers explained clearly hot to operate and treat system with the chemicals and we took out a agreement for service. Very pleased indeed

I had LOTS of questions (first time buyer of a hot tub) and Sunil and Angela were very patient, providing not just answers but opinions, which was very helpful. However, what I've been especially pleased about has been the level of support they've provided me after-sale. Always prompt to reply on email or phone and Sunil has even made a few personal visits to sort out a few teething issues and explain certain aspects of tub maintenance. They clearly care about their customers. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

    I recently purchased an Aquatub 200 from Sunil. I found the whole process refreshing not to mention the hot tub. Unlike many other local dealers I had visited, Sunil did not try to push a sale on to me at all. He answered all of my questions and had all the time in the world for me. The hot tub itself is brilliant. Spacious, quiet and relaxing. The installation team were also superb. It was installed and running in under 2 hours. They explained all the controls and chemicals. We we're in the tub by 6pm the same day! I would whole heartedly recommend Sunil and Aquatubs.
