Navigating the car park is tight as well as the spaces. Gets expensive if you stay for more than a couple of hours.

Feels weird reviewing a car park... But had no issues so seemed worth leaving. Elevators next door to the venue, easy to find and access, and the pre-booking system was easy to manage and use online. If visiting the Utilita Arena in Birmingham, there may be cheaper alternatives but this price seemed fair, and being a genuine 10 second walk to the venue was worth the spend to be honest. Would book here again for future events parking :)

Park jockey UK support hung up on us multiple occasions while we tried to pay for parking as the automated parking pay kiosks didn’t have the correct information about when we actually parked there, so the kiosks were trying to charge us for over 24 hours when we only had been there for 8. The website didn’t even offer us any option of a tariff to pay, hence calling the support line. We eventually got through to someone at Park jockey who was actually helpful and helped us so we could pay and leave. It shouldn’t take 30 mins to do the right thing and pay.. Very unsatisfactory experience unfortunately.
