Cat booked in over the telephone. Cattery forgot to write the booking down in their ledger. Luckily our neighbour could step in and help at the 11th hour so our holiday plans weren't scuppered. Won't use again. Edit. re. the owner response - they tried to accommodate us by sending us away with our cat to then check her in 2.5 hours later (extra journey for me and cat). For the final day of the cat's stay, they offered us a dog carrier into which my cat, basket and litter tray would be crammed (with no discount offered). They never apologised for their mistake and they even inferred that we hadn't booked in the first place, even though we had conversations regarding jabs etc. in the build up to her stay. Poor attitude and very disorganised.

Avoidable. We had to come back 2 days earlier and even though the woman assured us that there will always be 24h someone in. I tried to ring them 20 times, no answer. They will only reply to facebook and after a lot of messages back and forward (8 hours in advance!) we couldn't pick the cat up on that day! The website and google states that they are open until 6.15pm. We were arriving at 6 and she kept giving excuses. Even though it is literally a 5 minutes process. Dodgy huh?
