Due to being let down by by one of their competitors I called the Southampton office, Megan took my call and was very patient with me when I was extremely stressed (moving house!!) she booked my request, when I collected the van she was there for my hand over and again when I returned it. Hired a Luton van from the Southampton branch. Van was like new easy to drive, the staff were all very friendly and helpful particularly Megan who I dealt with. The branch was easy to access and I was able to leave my car there for the duration which made the whole pick up and drop off really easy. Collecting and drop was quick just a couple of signatures. Would definitely use again.
