The price you pay is not cheap but you are paying for a professional service and you don’t want to go into the court room as a weak target. Thank you to all the team at Around the Law, I was looking at a suspected drink driving offence ban. I was referred to Around the Law by a friend who was previously successful with his case and avoided a ban due to police flaws. A driving ban would have ruined my career, criminal record & home affairs. After speaking to a few solicitors they were sure I would be looking at the ban but after speaking to Darrell he assured me I had a great chance due to the lack of evidence and he said he wouldn’t have took the case on if he knew there wasn’t a chance of wining. My barrister Marvin was excellent and delivered on his promises. If you are looking for a way to avoid a ban, I highly recommend Around the Law!! After moving to the US I can look back at this chapter as a lesson learnt. I was born and raised in England UK and I’m so thankful I avoided a criminal record otherwise the USA would have revoked my travel visa!

My court appointment for a drink driving offence was dropped before my third hearing. Thank you to the girls and boys especially Darrell and I think she is called Mckenzie. The police didn’t issue me the correct forms at the police station. MCBD or something like that. Anyhow, incorrect procedure led to inadequate evidence. Overall I spent £2200 and I was awarded a refund of costs as I won which means I should be able to retrieve my money but I’m currently going through this process
