Not recommended I am not sure why there are so many positive reviews but my experience is negative with this company in 2021. They were instructed to provide structural drawings for a small single storey extension on a bungalow We were initially quoted £700 over the phone, which then increased to £1020+vat when I received their written quote. When the draft drawings we received were wrong they then tried to increase their fees by another £200+vat for the additional work when there wasn't any, how can you charge for making amendments to draft plans??????? I refused to pay the extra fees and then received a telephone call from the owner of the firm and when I explained the situationto him, he said that he did not believe my version of events and he was really arrogant, rude and had a bad attitude. I did finally receive the final drawings for the agreed price, but this was only after I made it clear that I was not going to pay any more, and pointed out that they had missed the agreed deadline. A stressful experience Not recommended !!

I found AS Construction after a Google search as I wanted to use a local company. They produced structural drawings for a loft conversion. I was really pleased with the service I was provided, the company is really well run and I got my plans quickly, correctly and at a better price than any I was quoted. Akther was really helpful in dealing with all the queries I had. Would highly recommend them.
