Brought some items last Monday service wash and dry cleaning found the lady in the Morning very helpful and understanding and explained I could do the wash myself but I would prefer the Lady did it and I have been very happy with the Results thank you Atlantic Cleaners Thornhill

After last year's good service, I was happy to take the duvet back for another clean this summer; on collection unfortunately, I couldn't have been more disappointed. There was a strong smell of cleaning product, and a heavy, sticky feeling to it. So I had to return it, however despite their apologies, a week later it was much the same. Apparently, their "professional cleaning service" consists of simply putting the items in one of the regular machines. The only solution was for me to hand wash it myself at home, in the bath, and then take it to another laundrette for rinsing and drying, taking several hours of my time and another £18 of cost. At least though, I now know how to get it washed next year.
