Inefficient and lack of care, unprofessional Austin’s & Wyatt managed one of my properties, we found a tenant a day after the former tenant moving out however, Austin & Wyatt has taking over a month and today, is still unable to confirm the new tenants moving date. There is never people in their office answering the phone, and I have to follow up multiple times via email and escalate with customer care in order to get responses. Given the current economy and I rely on the rent to pay monthly mortgage which I have already highlighted this to them, but their lack of care and efficiency are rather disappointing. If you’re lack of staff and unable to move things forward, you should not keep hold on your customer. The behaviour of holding your customers in order to not let other agents having more properties on the market is terrible. I strongly suggest avoid if you’re a landlord.

Well, it’s safe to say, once my tenancy is up i definitely will never use these guys again. Moved in to a 4 bed property, it became very obvious that the property had a list of issues, 6 months down the line and they have still done absolutely nothing to resolve them, literally nothing at all. Apparently they currently don’t have trades to fix the problems, no one, which for an letting agent is a very bad thing… I’ve been forced to fix a number of the problems, if I hadn’t of done the repairs the house would be flooded by now with leaking radiators etc etc…. The agent in Amesbury don’t even respond, there so unprofessional, it’s laughable… Avoid at all costs, there seam professional until your in the house, but then your on your own…. The worst letting agent I’ve dealt with, and I’ve dealt with many on a professional level…. Go to anyone else, your be better off.

We notified Austin and Wyatt of our intentions to buy our first investment property some months ago. From then on the service we have received from Kira and Logan has been nothing short of fantastic. Whilst we are still yet to purchase said property, they are on top of what's coming to market and are always prompt to forward us any property that they feel would be suitable with a break down of expected rental value and yields. They also call regularly to check in on our search and talk through any of the properties sent through by email. As soon as we have found 'the one', we will not hesitate to use Kira and Logan at Austin and Wyatt and we look forward to continuing our working relationship with them.
