I had a wash, cut and blowdry today at Avy’s. It was my first time going there and I had a great experience. I have very long and thick hair, which gets quite knotty, even after just being brushed, but I didn’t experience any pain whilst having my hair done here (which I have before at other salons). Chelsea did my hair and I’m so pleased with how it looks and feels. She was also lovely to talk to throughout my appointment. I would definitely recommend using this salon.

I am shocked by the level of customer service given to a family member who recently visited your salon. Please can you explain how you can charge a 15 year old teenager nearly £30 to have less than 1 inch of hair cut ( the hair was not even washed ) I thought having a business you would want to keep customers happy rather than losing then, you even had the audacity to threaten call the police. My daughter was very upset .For your information you have a duty to display what your charges are to the consumer I am pleased to say your salon will not be visited by any of my family members in the future. I suggest you take course in customer service on how to treat your Customers. Service: Hairstyling

I don’t usually write a review, but I had to, because I really enjoyed my experience, it was worth every penny, i had a full body massage by Naz and I really didn’t want it to end, she has a very light hand and i am a very fussy person and very particular about details, she was amazing and I am glad that I found a place where I can go and receive excellent services Thank you so much for today and I can’t wait to come back.
