This is the 2nd spa we've bought from this company, the last - purchased 11yrs ago - has been great. Its been used practically daily so it's tired and needs a replacement. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable salesman, not pushy but very good at offering alternatives and considerations. Plenty to view on site but we wanted to see a design that is available but not in the show room so he got video sent from another store immediatly. So helpful. Ordering process was easy - just a series of small decisions and disposal of old spa and site visit arranged. 😊 top marks so far. 👌

Well before lockdown a5 spas had been trying to fix a leak on a £10k tub we purchased from them. After removing parts, and repeatedly chasing the repair we were told a new pump was needed, some £432 later ...(they insisted on payment up front before the job was carried out) they arrived to fit the new part. We were next home two days later after they had "fixed it...." when checked the tub was empty, with no water or power. We called and are still awaiting a call back (yet again) So awaiting a refund, empty tub, no hope of it being sorted by Christmas and no notification that they had left a problem. Not sure if they have reconnected the faulty pump, that had been leaking as we could have carried on using the tub over Xmas until new parts arrived. This is all despite us paying them £45 a month standing order for a "service" plan for many years and upfront payments for repair work that was not carried out. I must add we have purchased two new tubs from them previously. My advice is to simply avoid this company. I will take further action to recover monies from them, not sure why they seem to have complete belligerence towards regular customers, but I will certainly shop elsewhere to replace my tubs in future.

I purchased a coast spa baron hot tub almost 2 years ago and have nothing but problems with it, will never buy from them again. Heres a list of the issues ive had so far. The 1st RCD plug protector blew up so i purchased another one, shortly after this one too blew up, the pictures of the plug are attached so you can see both plugs melted the plastic, i called this issue into a5 spas who said that the heater will need replacing to lower wattage so we now have a 2k heater instead of a 3k, so takes longer to heat up. The plastic jets are really bad and come loose all the time and i'm still waiting 12 months later for ones to be replaced. The hot tub cover has started splitting and its not even 2 years old and it's under a gazebo, i mentioned to a5 spa sending them pictures on whatsapp and they never even got back to me regarding this. A speaker blew a few months ago, i called a5 spas and they said they are £40 each but they have none in stock, so i took the speaker out myself went onto ebay and ordered the exact same speaker from the manufacturer for £17. The screws that attach all the side panels on go into the wooden framework and after a while you can't screw them in as the framework falls apart. The plastic air bleed nipple on the filter cover snapped. The plastic air diverter dial and plastic small filter cover with water level on has discoloured. Last week both my speakers stopped working, a5 spa sent out there engineers today and they have said that water has been leaking down through the other speaker and leaked directly onto the subwoofer which is now not working and this supplies power to all the sound system. There is no cover over the subwoofer and is directly under a speaker hole, even the engineers said that this is a bad design fault. The wiring for the speakers doesn't even have proper connections the wires are twisted and have black electrical tape on. Ive probably had well over a dozen callouts and still waiting for issues to be resolved, if you do buy from these make sure you take out the service cover and dont get a baron hot tub. My hot tub from them was the biggest waste of money i've ever spent.
