I am afraid to say that after years of using this clinic and accepting the prices we will not be returning, the service has been very poor, called a few times and left a couple of messages, none of which have ever been returned even after 3 days, arriving at the clinic only to find closed (this is 11.49 in the morning when stated open) we have found another clinic which is cheaper but more importantly the service was perfect,

Very happy with the service I received today from Miriam Franca. I had my Hep B booster for work, the process was easy, friendly and professional. Everything was tailored to my needs and explained in full. I will be returning and recommending other healthcare professionals. The Clinic location is good, has free parking and the reception team are kind and very helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am not one to give bad reviews, and I won't. Just some advice: Do NOT ASSUME every customer that walks in through your doors (or calls) to book an appointment is clued up, take the time to explain the process. Money (£30) booking fee was taken from me in-store (no receipt offered or given), no visit requirements issued. Only to be turned back on the day due to an ASSUMPTION by staff at appointment scheduling. Unless you're sure or advised not to, treat every customer as a rookie. I will not be returning to your store, not because of the overpricing (I was prepared for that), but because I have no confidence in you. We shall talk about my £30 refund later (service/product not delivered), appointment cancellation is through no fault of my own.

My 13 year old son who has asd has recently been going here to get his injections ready to go to China. Didnt think I would ever say this but he enjoys going here to get them done as the nurse Juliet and the receptionist are great and have fun with him and go along with his "interesting" sense of humour. Would definitely recommend.
