B&G have always offered a very competant, friendly and efficient service for my hotel. Yearly checks on time - and if ever I have a problem, they are here straight away. Friendly and courteous and even though I onmly see them once a year ( annual check up ) they always remember me and my venue and we share a laugh. Absolutely no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone. You get what you put out and those who find them anything but first class must be offering something very abrasive in return. Some people you just cannot please. Top marks. Very happy hotelier here.
