Saw some garden chairs and tried to order online but I was unable to use my discount voucher. I called for help and they told me I cannot use the discount for other suppliers. Worst still, B&Q will not take any responsibility of anything purchased from their website if they are not the genuine supplier. Certainly behaving like a irresponsible and dubious retailer!
