I took my bike in for repair and it was tricky to work out exactly what was wrong but Richard and Andy were absolutely fantastic. Thorough, informative and the communication back to me and managing of expectations from them was first class. After collecting the bike it seemed to be resolved but not long after the same problem reoccurred. They took the bike back in and carried out extensive further investigations, without charging me and managed to eventually improve the problem. My bike is 6 years old and has done a lot of miles so I eventually decided to buy a new bike and had no hesitation in using Balfe’s Reigate….purely based on the service I had received from Andy and Richard and the relationship I had built with them both…top guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and can’t recommend them highly enough.
