Carl was excellent and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From our first contact he was courteous and professional and explained clearly what had to be done to renew a flat roof which had basically just worn out. Work started when he said it would and despite being rained off halfway through the first day he finished on time. He provided photos showing each stage of the works. 5 Star Service! Carl was very responsive after my initial enquiry. He came to do the quote when he said he would. He sent the quote to me quickly and it was a very reasonable price and very clear and informative. We chose him to do the work because of the price and how responsive he was to deal with. He kept me updated with when he was coming to do the work, even telling me he was a little delayed on the day of the work.
