This is my first ever negative review. My wife and I were extremely disappointed by Barbara’s poor finishing on some expensive dress romans. Whilst one fitted beautifully, the other was too long and unsightly. To makes matters worse, Barbara refused to put it right and accept responsibility trying to suggest we wanted a dress roman that when unfurled was 6 inches too long! Barbara lacked integrity, professionalism and common courtesy. Despite sending Barbara clear photographs of the poor workmanship, she not only refused to put it right, but refused to make any rebate to cover any of the cost of repairing it. I would not recommend her services.
